Brothers Christoph and Johannes Pfefferkorn run the hotel with a deep sense of its long tradition and are actively involved in its day-to-day operations. Moreover, they are the fifth generation to manage the 5-star Romantikhotel “Die Krone von Lech”, where the Pfefferkorn family, together with the entire team, has for years demonstrated great dedication and creativity in meeting the needs of their guests.
The long-established Lech family is supported by Director Dieter Schenk, who – in addition to his responsibilities for guest relations and internal organisation – acts primarily as the point of contact for all matters concerning our staff.
As our hotel is open all year round from mid-June to the end of April, our close-knit team consists of up to 33 staff members. Around half of our highly valued team are part of our experienced core crew – of whom we are particularly proud! We are constantly expanding this core team with new, motivated, friendly and loyal staff members. As a year-round business, we are very flexible when it comes to working hours. We welcome part-time staff just as much as we do temporary staff for peak periods or to cover the autumn season. Naturally, we offer both year-round positions and seasonal contracts. As part of the Tannbergerhof team, you’ll benefit from attractive staff perks in the region. At the ‘Haus Bernhard’ team lodge, you’ll have the chance to relax or spend time with the team.

We are delighted to receive your unsolicited application – and would be even more delighted to welcome you for a personal interview!
