Our Moostviertel goose is particularly recommended in autumn and winter; we can either hand it over to you fully roasted and piping hot, or we’d be happy to pre-roast it for you. You can collect your goose from us cold and then finish cooking it in your oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius, followed by a further 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, before enjoying it at home with your loved ones.
You are welcome to order all our savoury dishes and drinks from our current menu by telephone, then collect them in suitable containers and take them home with you. We would also be happy to arrange a taxi for you, at your expense, to deliver your order directly to your front door.
