There is a good train connection from Austria, Germany and Switzerland to the Arlberg - as well as from the airports in Zurich and Innsbruck.
We advise drivers to use the road between Feldkirch-Lech and Imst-Lech before 09.30 a.m. and after 02.00 p.m. - especially on Saturdays during high season. On your day of departure there are often traffic jams in the time between 10 a.m. and 03.00 p.m. We would like to inform you that we have much snow in winter and that it is compulsory to put snow tyres on the vehicle. Moreover, we recommend to take snow chains with you as it is compulsory to put them on in case of snowy roads.
We wish you a safe trip to your holidays in Lech am Arlberg!
